摘    要:优化加工参数是实现高质量、高效率、低成本制造产品,充分发挥自动化机床加工性能的关键环节.应用遗传算法推导并建立了以最少加工时间、最小加工成本为目标函数的数控铣削加工参数优化数学模型.并对模型进行了参数优化求解.通过优化前后结果的对比,验证了所建模型和优化算法的准确性和实用性.

Abstract:Optimizing machining parameter is highly important to make manufacturing realize high quality, high efficiency, low cost and to full use the automatic machining tools. By researching the standard fundamental of Genetic Algorithms(GA), the multi-goal intelligent optimizing math models and objective function for minimum production time and cost of milling parameters were deducted and built up. Optimum cutting parameters of milling models were ascertained by means of Genetic Algorithms. the veracity and practicability of the above models and mathematic algorithm were validated by numerical control turning and milling cases, though the contrast between the fact and the optimum results.
