多道次多点成形过程的数值模拟研究

摘    要:通过有限元数值模拟方法,分析多道成形工艺以及板材厚度对多道次成形的变形路径的影响。结果表明,多道次成形可以提高板材成形能力,抑制起皱等成形缺陷的产生;另外,成形同一工件时,随着板材厚度的增加,多道次成形所需的道次数减少。

Abstract:The multi-steps forming is studied with numerical simulation in this paper,at the same time,the effect of the thickness of sheet metal on the forming path is also simulated.The result is that multi-steps forming can improve the forming ability of sheet metal and retrain the wrinkling defect;when workpiece is identical,with the thickness of sheet metal increasing,but the forming steps are decreased.
