点焊逆变电源电流增强型软开关技术研究

摘    要:详细分析了采用辅助网络的电流增强型移牺控制PWM全桥软开关点焊逆变电源的工作原理通过Pspice电路仿真软件,对其主电路进行了仿真研究,并依据仿真结果构建了实验系统。仿真和实验结果表明,采用的电流增强辅助网络实现零电压开关,其作用和一次侧串联大的谐振电感相同,辅助电流随着辅助电感的增大而减小,随着辅助电容的增大而增大。辅助网络使滞后桥臂能在较宽范围内满足零电压开关务件,滞后臂功率开关管可在轻载时实现零电压开关。

Abstract:The principle of the phase shifted full bridge PWM soft switch inverter spot welding power with intensifying current by using assistance network is analyzed in detail,its power circuit is simulated by use of the Pspice,a circuit simulating software.Based on the simulation result,a prototype system is built.The results of the simulation and the experiment show that assistance network with the current intensified has the same action with the large resonant inductance in series with the primary coil to switch at the zero voltage.The value of the assistant current lower with the resonant inductance increased and raise with the resonant capacitor raised. The assistance network can switch at the zero voltage in a large range of load,and the power switch semiconductor of the lag arm can be turn on and turn off at the zero voltage with light load.
