摘    要:提出一种表征脱碳层软化的新方法,该方法借助X射线应力分析技术8测量屈服强度在脱碳层深义方向上的分布,对弹簧钢60Si2Mn的脱碳层的取强度、X射线衍射半高宽和显微硬度的层深分布作了对比和分析,在此基础上指出利用新方法进行软化表征有助于更深入阐明脱碳影响疲劳强度的机制,并有望建立某些定量关系。

Abstract:A new method for characterization of softening in a decarburized layer is proposed. The core of the method is measurement of the depth distribution of yield strength in the layer using X-ray stress analysis technique. Comparison and analysis of depth distributions of yield strength, half-width of X-ray diffraction profile, and microhardness in the decarburized layer of spring steel 60Si2Mn was made, and the advantage of the new method was discussed.
