用气相色谱法定量分析川芎挥发油的化学成分

摘    要:采用超临界流体萃取得到川芎挥发油,平均出油率为6.64%。利用毛细管气相色谱仪对川芎挥发油的16种化学成分进行了定量分析;回归方程的相关系数为0.995 1~0.999 8;回收率在83.82%~96.74%,RSD在1.68%~4.18%。该方法快速、简便、准确,适于川芎挥发油的主要化学成分分析。

Abstract:The volatile oil of Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort was prepared by supercritical fluid extraction.The average yield is 6.64%.The quantitative analyses of 16 chemical compounds were conducted by capillary GC method.The recovery ranges from 83.82% to 96.74%.Good reproducibility was obtained with RSD ranging from 1.68% to 4.18%.The results of the experiment showed that the analytical method is rapid,simple and accurate.It is suitable for analysis of chemical compounds of volatile oil in Ligusticum Chuanxiong Hort.
