| Abstract: | The Chernoff's formula for the C Semigroup was proved and the probabilistic estimation of convergence rate for C Semigroup was obtained. The results of C 0 Semigroups such as Chernoff's product formula, Hille's exponential formula and Post Widder inversion formula were generalized. |
