德国GHH轴流主风机叶片断裂事故研究

摘    要:针对德国GHH轴流主风机在炼油厂催化裂化装置投入运行以来,相继发生了10起一级动叶片断裂的事故,中国石化集团公司组成了课题研究小组,分别从叶片材料、腐蚀情况、叶片断口形貌、叶片振动特性等方面入手,对叶片断裂原因进行了综合分析,得出了叶片断裂原因的分析结论,并提出了预防和改进措施。

Abstract:Since German GHH axial main air compressor put into operation in the FCC unit in Oil Refinery,the first grade of rotor blade rupture has happened for ten times.Upon this case,Sinopec set up a research team to analyze fromthe blade material,corrosion status,blade rupture appearance and performance oi the blade Vi-bration;to find out the cause of the blades rupture,from which a conclusion was gained.Andthe preventive and improvement measures have been put forward.
