摘    要:电镀锌无铬耐指纹钢板在向高端家电用户推广过程中,出现了耐指纹性较差的问题.针对影响耐指纹性的因素,如干燥板温、涂料中树脂含量、树脂中SiO2含量、添加剂的组成及含量进行优化,找到可以明显提高耐指纹性的试剂组成,同时确保膜层的其它性能,如耐蚀性、耐黑变性、耐热性、耐碱性、耐溶剂性及涂装性等.

Abstract:The fingerprint resistance of the chromium-free electro-galvanizing fingerprint resistant sheet was found to be not satisfactory when the product was used in the advanced home electrical appliance.The experiments show that the main influential factors are the drying temperature of the process,the resin concentration in the paint,the silica content in the resin,the composition of additives.An optimized technology of the composition and process parameters was found for improving the fingerprint resistance,and...
