化学置换镀锡青铜工艺研究

摘    要:胎圈钢丝的化学置换镀锡青铜已列入“十五”金属制品科技发展建议。介绍置换镀锡青铜的原理及镀层成分控制措施 ,在镀液中降低Sn2 + 含量、增加镀液的酸度有利于镀液的稳定 ,加入添加剂也可提高镀液的稳定性。对提高镀层的结合强度 ,镀层的防变色处理方法及该工艺技术规范也作了说明

Abstract:Plating bronze by chemical displacement on bead wire has been placed in “The Tenth Five Years Plan”about steel wire products science and technology development.The principle of plating bronze by chemical displacement and control measures of coat composition are introduced.To reduce Sn 2+ content and add acidness of plating bath is beneficial to stabilization.To add addition can also raise stability of plating bath.How to raise binding strength of coat,the treatment method of colour changing prevention and regulation of the technology are explained.
