摘 要: | 通过软件仿真,分析了过滤器内部流场,得到了气相的速度、压力分布,颗粒相的速度、轨迹分布,并讨论了孔道内部颗粒物的沉积过程。结果证明,三角形孔道的滤芯比现行的正方形孔道滤芯具备更高的性能,并提出了一种优化扩张段外壳母线的方法,扩展了今后的研究思路。

Abstract: | Using a software emulation, the paper describes the flow field inside the filter, gas phase velocity, pressure distribution, particulate speed and track distribution and the process of par- ticulate deposition inside the channel. The result shows that the filter with triangular channels is more efficient than that with a rectangle channel. In the end, a new method is proposed to optimize the generatrix of the expansion tube. |
