摘    要:针对6L21/31型船用中速柴油机存在燃油消耗率偏高,凸轮磨损偏重等问题,本文首先利用BOOST软件建立柴油机工作过程数值计算模型,对配气相位进行了优选。在此基础上利用TYCON软件建立柴油机配气机构运动学和动力学计算模型,并对凸轮型线进行了优化设计。结果表明:通过优化配气相位和凸轮型线,在一定程度上提高了该柴油机的动力性和经济性,改善了原机配气机构运动学与动力学特性,提高了气门升程的丰满系数,并降低了进排气凸轮与从动件的接触应力。

Abstract:To solve the problem of high fuel consumption and worse cam wear occurring on the 6L21/31 medium speed marine diesel engine, the numerical simulation models for the diesel engine was established via BOOST to optimize the valve timing in this paper. Further, the kinematics and dynamics simulation models of the diesel engine were built via TYCON to optimize the camp profile. The results indicate that the optimized valve timing and cam profile might improve the dynamic, eco- nomic performance of the diesel engine, enhancing kinematics and dynamics performance of the valve timing mechanism and boosting the ample factor f the valve lift and lowering the contact stress between the cam and follower.
