水分胁迫下苹果光合作用的气孔与非气孔限制

摘    要:本实验对苹果施加不同程度的水分胁迫处理后,测定其叶片相对含水量,水势,净光合速率,叶圆片放O2及叶绿体光合放O2能力的变化。在轻度水分胁迫下,气孔关闭,阻碍CO2进入叶内是叶片光合速率下降的主要原因;而在严重胁迫下,细胞光合能力降低可能是光合速率下降的非气孔因素。

Abstract:While apple is treated by different water stress in this experiment,the changes of relative water content,MPa,net photosynthetic rate,released O 2 on apple leaves and chloroplast released O 2 ability are measured.Under mild water stress,that stomatal close prevents CO 2 from leaves is main reasons of the dicline of photosynthetic rate of leaves.However under severe water stress,the decrease in cell photosynthetic ability perhaps is non stomatal factors of the decline of photosynthetic rate.
