摘 要: | 溴代烷与对溴联苯的格氏试剂在FeCl3催化作用下偶联合成4-烷基联苯,然后碘代、氰解合成了三种4-烷基-4′-氰基联苯液晶化合物,总收率58.1%~63.4%,通过IR、1H NMR、元素分析等对产品进行了表征。该法具有反应条件温和、步骤少、产率高等优点。

New Synthetic Method of 4-Alkyl-4'-cyanobiphenyl |

Abstract: | 4-Alkyl-biphenyl was synthesized by the coupling reaction between Grignard reagent of p-bromobiphenyl and alkyl bromide with FeCl_3 as catalyst.Then,liquid crystal intermediate 4-alkyl-4′-cyanobiphenyl was obtained by iodization and cyanidation of 4-alky-biphenyl,and the total yield was 58.1%~63.4%.The product was confirmed by IR、()~1H NMR and elemental analysis.This method had the advantanges of moderate reaction conditions、short steps and high yield. |
