摘    要:浮选机内各动力学分区的流动特征复杂,运输区是其要动力学分区之一,主要起矿化气泡的输送作用,但相关的研究较少。选取单槽容积0.2m^3 KYF型充气机械搅拌式浮选机为研究对象,采用PIV测试技术在单相环境中分析了运输区的结构特征和动力学特征。研究表明运输区在浮选机中心纵截面内呈左右对称的结构,其一半的轮廓形状呈近梯形结构。运输区边界处的动力学特征存在较为明显的差异。本研究对通过调控浮选机运输区的结构特征改善粗粒矿物回收效果具有一定的指导意义。

Structural and Dynamics Characteristics of the Transportation Zone in Flotation Cell

Abstract:Each kinetic partition in the flotation cell is complex.Transportation zone is one of the kinetic regions,in which mineralized air bubbles will be transported by liquid flow.In this paper,0.2 m^3 KYF air-forced mechanical flotation machine was chosen to analyze the structural and dynamic characteristics of the transportation area with PIV test technology.The results show that the half of profile of the transportation area in the longitudinal section of the tank is presented as a nearly trapezoidal structure.There are significant differences in the dynamic characteristics at the boundary of the transport area.This study has deepened the understanding of the characteristics of the transport zone of flotation cell,which is helpful to solve the problem of low recovery of coarse mineral in large-scale flotation cell by regulating the characteristics of the transport zone.
