摘    要:含金全泥质氧化矿的堆浸,矿石泥化严重,渗透性差,原生产采用滴淋管喷淋,矿堆顶面积水严重,喷淋不均匀导致矿石堆浸的金浸出率低,浸出周期长,通过生产改进,将滴淋管改为水带喷淋,有效解决了滴淋管喷淋不均匀、积水严重等问题,明显提高了堆浸效果和金的浸出率。

Abstract:Heap leaching of gold-bearing full muddy oxidized ore,the ore is seriously muddled and has poor permeability.The original production was sprayed with a drip tube.The water in the top area of the ore heap is serious.The uneven spraying leads to a low gold leaching rate of ore heap leaching and leaching The cycle is long,and through the improvement of production,the drip tube is changed to hose spray,which effectively solves the problems of uneven spraying of the drip tube and serious water accumulation,and significantly improves the heap leaching effect and the gold leaching rate.
