| 摘 要： | 分析了NRTS炉余热锅炉有机物分层燃烧的原理,模拟了NRTS炉余热锅炉内复杂的传热、传质过程。结果表明:喷入氧气除了起到了强化燃烧的作用外,还有冷却的作用;分层燃烧对余热锅炉局部区域有较大的影响。最后根据仿真结果调整了喷嘴位置的设置。

| Abstract: | The principle of stratified combustion of organic matter in NRTS waste heat boiler is analyzed, and the complex heat and mass transfer process in NRTS waste heat boiler is simulated. The results show that the injection of oxygen not only enhances the combustion, but also cools it. Stratified combustion has a great influence on the local area of waste heat boiler. Finally, according to the simulation results, the nozzle position is adjusted. |
