摘    要:针对钴盐生产过程中产生的含高锰、低铜、锌、钴、钙等离子的废水,本文研究采用硫化物沉淀去除Cu、Co、Zn杂质,再用Cyanex272有机萃锰甩钙、镁,产出精制硫酸锰液,经浓缩结晶制得的一水硫酸锰产品能够符合电池级硫酸锰的要求。本工艺采用萃取法使锰与钙、镁分离,避免了使用氟化物除钙、镁而造成的环境污染问题。

Abstract:For the Wastewater with high manganese,low copper,zinc,cobalt,calcium,generated in the production process for cobalt salts,In this paper,used sulfide to remove Cu,Co,Zn impurity,then used Cyanex272 organic extracts manganese,and dumped calcium and magnesium,to produce refined manganese sulfate solution.The solution was concentrated and crystallized to obtain battery grade manganese sulfate products.This process used extraction of manganese and to separate calcium,magnesium,to avoid the problem of environmental pollution for using fluoride to precipitation calcium,magnesium.
