| 摘 要： | 以江西省吉安市某危废处置中心工程为例,阐述分析危险废物焚烧系统的工作原理和特性。该项目采用"斗提+油压推料+回转窑+二燃室+余热锅炉+急冷塔+干法脱酸塔+布袋除尘器+二级湿式洗涤塔+湿式电除尘+引风机+烟囱"的工艺。采用本工艺后,可实现危险废物的无害化、减容、减量,该工艺在国内外已广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Based on an example of a hazardous waste disposal center project in Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province, the working principle and characteristics of hazardous waste incineration system are analyzed. The project adopts the process of "bucket lifting + oil pressure pushing + rotary kiln + second combustion chamber + waste heat boiler + quench tower + dry deacidification tower + bag filter + twostage wet scrubbing tower + wet electrostatic precipitator + induced draft fan + chimney". After adopting the technology, the harmless,volume reduction and reduction of hazardous waste can be realized. The technology has been widely used at home and abroad. |
