摘    要:采用镍盐与草酸盐反应生成草酸镍颗粒,通过添加表面活性剂、调节温度、pH等条件来控制草酸镍颗粒的粒径和形貌;采用TG等手段对草酸镍热分解过程的表征,确定了草酸镍的热分解步骤;研究了真空热分解温度、升温速度、草酸镍形貌对镍粉的影响;制得氧含量小于0.64%、粒度小于1μm的超细镍粉。

Abstract:The nickel oxalate is prepared by nickel salt reacting with oxalate salt.The particle size of nickel oxalate is controlled by adding surfactant,controlling temperature,pH et al.The thermal decomposition processes taking place in the nickel oxalate have been studied in argon using TG-DTG,XRD techniques.Meanwhile the effect of the temperature of thermolysis,the velocity of heating-up,the shape of nickel oxalate on nickel powders is studied.The nickel powder can be gained with content of oxygen <0.64%,and part...
