冻结井筒开挖冻结壁变形的数值模拟与分析

摘    要:针对山东郭屯煤矿主井冻结深度702m,考虑地层分布特征,按轴对称模型进行计算分析.模型分为已开挖支护段、模拟开挖段、底部为下卧层三段.模拟计算开挖支护段高为2m,针对515m深度的粘土层、587m深度的粗砂层的控制地层,分别进行开挖过程中冻结壁变形的数值模拟.计算结果显示,开挖过程中冻结壁径向应力减小,冻结壁外缘达地压值;塑性应变随开挖过程发生,工作面与井帮交界处产生了径向塑性压应变;井心区径向蠕变压应变显著.
