摘    要:智能电感测微仪是测量微小尺寸变化的精密测量仪器。该仪器充分利用8031单片机的系统功能,具有自动显示、打印、传输、统计、超差报警等功能。本文介绍了智能电感测微仪的工作原理、主要性能指标及系统的基本功能等,对组成仪器的传感器、测量电路、微机硬、软件系统等作了详细的分析。

Abstract:The intelligent inductive micrometer is a new type of micrometer with high accuracy for measuring micro size. By making full use of system sources of single-chip microprocessor 8031, this micrometer possesses multi-functions such as automatic displaying, printing, date transmitting, automatic counting, alarming when beyond its limits and so on. This paper presents the micrometer's principle,technical index, general functions and etc. The measuring circuit, sensor, hardware and software of microcomputer are also analysed.
