Brief discussion on construction cost control of enterprise projects

It analyzes the problems existing in the present construction cost control of enterprise projects,discussed it from the following five phases： the phase of investment and decision,the phase of design,the phase of tendering and bidding and the phase fo contract negotiation,the phases of construction,the phase of final account,so as to make enterprises have a fully recognition on cost control in project constructions.
