摘    要:通过透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察了苯乙烯/双烯A乳液聚 合过程中实时乳胶粒的生长 过程,结果表明,控制乳胶粒尺寸的最佳时间是在反应的最初阶段。同时还比较了引发剂和 乳化剂加入量不同对乳胶粒粒径大小的影响,结果发现,乳胶粒的粒径随引发剂浓度的增大 而减小,对于分两次加入乳化剂的情况,起决定作用的是第一次的加入量。

Abstract:The growth process of the cross- linked polystyrene particle in micelle was examined by TEM in the real time mode for styrene/BVA emulsion polymerizati on system. The influences of different amount of emulsifier and initiator added to polymerization system and the adding time on the size of the micelle were stu died. The results show that the particle size of the cross-l inked polystyrene in micelle decreases with the increase of the amount of initiator added and that t he key for controlling the particle size of the micelle polymeric particle is th e amount of the emulsifier added in the former adding step.
