直流埋弧炉的运行优势

摘    要:目前已有的交流埋弧炉,由于载流导体存在着电感、集肤效应、干扰效应等诸多问题,造成功率因数非常低。若要向超大型化发展,受到了限制;若采用直流电源,这些问题便迎刃而解。本文论述了直流埋弧炉的运行优势及发展趋向。

Abstract:The present alternating current submerged arc furnaces are resulted in low power factor, just because of the problems of inductance existing in current-carrying conductor, skin effect and interaction effect. The super large-scale development of furnaces is limited by these problems, but, the problems will be settled down if direct current is adopted. In this paper, it explains the operation advantage and development trends of direct current submerged arc furnace.
