飞机结构EDR/ADR评定专家系统设计与实现

摘    要:运用专家系统的设计思想和面向对象的程序设计方法,分析了飞机结构EDR/ADR评定和初期检查大纲制定的相关方法和知识表述形式,描述了EDR/ADR评定专家系统设计原理以及EDR/ADR评定专家知识库的设计和实现。研制了飞机结构EDR/ADR评定及初期检查大纲制定专家系统,为飞机结构损伤容限设计与评定提供了有利工具。

Abstract:Airworthiness regulations require that initial structural inspection program be based on quantitative evaluation of ED and AD. This evaluation depends on accumulated experience of aircraft designer, manufacturer and airline. To make use properly of the accumulated experience, a knowledge based expert system is obviously needed in China. We now present the design and implementation of a knowledge based expert system for EDR/ADR(ED Rating/AD Rating) assessment. Section 1 gives the computer procedure of our EDR/ADR system and introduces a method of evaluating ED and AD with multiple factors. Section 2 gives the design of: (1) a knowledge based database for all structurally significant items (subsection 2.1); (2) two knowledge bases which draw on the accumulated experience of designer, manufacturer and airline (subsections 2.2 and 2.3). Section 3 gives the design of an application program with friendly interfaces and the good style of Windows; it also gives an example of the application of the program; the results in Figs. 2 and 3 show preliminarily that the EDR/ADR assessment by using our knowledge based expert system is feasible and easily operated by engineers.
