摘    要:将VB调用Matlab方法应用到高压加热器故障诊断中,介绍了利用ActiveX技术实现VB调用Matlab的编程步骤,以VB编写诊断系统主界面,利用Matlab神经网络工具箱完成对高加的故障诊断,两者相互取长补短,从而缩短了程序开发周期、减少了程序员的工作量。系统具有良好人机交互界面,实例验证表明其诊断结果可靠,且能够满足对高加进行实时故障诊断的要求,可对现场运行起到一定指导作用。

Abstract:A way of calling Matlab by means of VB is applied to fault diagnosis of high-pressure heater, and the programming process of calling Matlab by means of VB is introduced. The main interface of the diagnosis system is compiled in terms of VB and Matlab neural networks toolbox is made use of finishing the fault diagnosis of high-pressure heater, so the cycles of developing programs can be shortened and the heavy load of programmers can be lightened. This system have favorable interactive interface and fault example validation shows that its diagnosis result is feasible and can meet the demands of real-time fault diagnosis of high-pressure heater.
