摘    要:研究了Ni-PTFE化学复合镀工艺及性能。结果表明,Ni和PTFE沉积可获得表面摩擦系数低、耐磨性能优异的镀层。该工艺用于精纺机钢令、不锈钢勾拉伸模,效果显著。

Abstract:In this paper, the various processes and properties of electroless nickel-PTFE composite plating have been studied. The results show that nickel and PTFE codeposited in Plating of metals could be obtained low coefficient of surface friction with outstanding wear resistance. The remarkable effect is obtained on the rings of spinning-frame and dies for soup ladle of stainless steel treated with this process.
