M2高速钢马氏体—贝氏体复相热处理

摘    要:对高速钢的复相热处理工艺参数、组织与性能进行了研究。结果表明,利用马氏体-贝氏体复相组织可以显著提高高速钢的抗弯强度、挠度及高速钢冷挤压凸模的使用寿命。提出了Ms点以下复相热处理工艺。

Abstract:The process parameters of dual-phase heat treatrnent of M2 high speed steel,the microstructure and mechanical properties of it were studied in this paper. The experimental result showed that the bending strength,the deflection and the service life of cold extrusion dies of the steel were improved obviously by martensite and bainite dual-phase treatment. The dual-phase heat treatment process below Ms was suggested.
