摘    要:用真空炉对Ni-Cr-B-Si合金粉末等离子喷涂进行整体加热,使涂层重熔。研究了重熔后喷涂层的组织与性能,结果表明,经重熔处理后喷涂层与基体的结合力,抗高温磨损性能和抗高温氧化性能得到了明显提高而孔隙率却明显降低

Abstract:This paper deals with the structure and properties of the Ni-Cr-B-Si plasma spraying coating layer which is remelted in vacuum furnace,the results indicate that the bonding strength,high temperature wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the coating layer are increased evidently and the porosity is reduced greatly by this process.
