摘    要:使用PHOENICS软件对速冻机内的流场进行了数值模拟 ,通过对速冻机适当的模拟几何简化 ,建立了相应的数学物理模型 ,对比分析了不同进口风速和加入栅格的影响。研究表明 ,进口风速与产量、能耗之间存在着最佳匹配问题 ,而栅格的加入 ,有利于提高产量、降低能耗

Abstract:Numerical simulation of temperature and velocity field was taken on a freezer based on PHONEICS code. The physical and mathematical models were established by suitable geometric simplifying. The different inlet velocity and inner fence of freezer were compared and analyzed. The research shows that inlet velocity, production output, the energy consumption and their match are important factors which affect the freezing time. The addition of fence can improve the production output, and detract the energy consumption
