高效处理厨余废弃物微生物菌剂的研究

摘    要:从陕西科技大学微生物菌种实验室保藏菌种和厨余垃圾中筛选到10株产蛋白酶、纤维素酶、淀粉酶和脂肪酶活性较高的菌株,对厨余废弃物进行了降解实验,最终确定了4株能高效降解厨余废弃物的微生物,并制成菌剂.将该菌剂在5 kg小型固体废弃物处理机上进行降解实验,结果表明:当一次性投入2%(质量分数)菌剂时能在24 h内将投入的3.5kg厨余废弃物基本降解,连续运行10 d,其处理能力基本保持稳定.

Abstract:There are ten highly activated bacterium of proteinases,cellulose,diastase and lipase to be sifted from the reserved bacterium and after-dinner waste in this laboratory.By the experiment of decomposing the after-dinner waste,it is ultimately determined that 4 bacterium which can decompose after-dinner waste efficiently and the bactericide is produced.When this bactericide is tested about decomposing on the 5 kg small size solid-waste disposing machine,the result shows: if the 2%(w/w)bactericide is put into at one time, 3.5 kg after-dinner waste which is also put into will be decomposed almost completely in 24 hours,and it can be operated in 10 days.The ability of treatment is keeping almost stable.
