现场总线技术在带式输送机电控系统中的应用

摘    要:以西门子S7-300系列PLC作为控制核心,采用Profinet现场自动化总线方式为数据传输主线,Profibus-dp现场总线为支线,并与西门子WinCC软件的灵活组态相结合,设计了一套带式输送机的电控系统,解决了长距离运输的控制及通讯问题,提高了运输系统的自动化性能.

Abstract:Taking Siemens S7-300PLC,as the control core,then Profinet based automation bus line and fieldbus Profibus-dp for Extension is applied for data transmission,which in combination with WinCC flexible configuration can solve the problem of the control of the long-distance transport and communications and improve automation of the performance of the transport system.
