M4-P8水平井修井工艺技术

摘    要:八面河油田的水平井采用金属绵滤砂管防砂。打捞滤砂管是该油田水平井大修的主要施工内容。在M4-P8井的施工过程中,采用以对扣捞矛、滑块捞矛、短鱼顶捞筒、(合金)套铣筒为代表的常规直井修井工具与以提放式可退捞矛为代表的水平井专用修井工具相结合的方法,将井下的滤砂管部分捞出。此口并内滤砂管与套管内壁之间环形空间内充填的工程砂胶结致密,普通套铣筒套铣无进尺,使用合金套铣筒在套铣的过程中切割滤砂管滤网、合金头断落留井,对后期施工的进一步开展造成不利影响。通过对这口井的施工工艺技术分析,为此后的水平井修井提供一定的借鉴。

On Workover Technology of M4--P8 Horizontal Well

Abstract:Because the horizontal wells use metal--sponge sand filter for sand prevention in Bamianhe Oilfield, fishing sand filter is the major task in the workover of horizontal wells. In the workover process of M4--P8 horizontal welt, the method--combining conventional workover tools for vertical shafts such as interlocking spear, sliding spear, short fish top overshot and washover pipe with dedicated workover tools for horizontal wells such as releasable spear --is used to fish out the washover pipe. Due to compact cementing of engineering sand filled in annular space be- tween sand filter and inner casing wall in the downhole, there is no drilling depth when common washover pipe is used for casing milling, and in the process of casing milling, trolling jig breaks off into the hole when alloy washover pipe is used to cut sand filter screen, which is unfavorable for later operatiorL The analysis of operation technology of M4--P8 horizontal well sheds a light on the next workover of horizontal wells.
