关于野外队员工忠诚度的调查与研究

摘    要:近年来,中石化石油工程地球物理有限公司江汉分公司野外队员工忠诚度明显提升,但技能型人才对企业的忠诚度高于专业技术人才、35岁以上员工对企业的忠诚度高于35岁以下员工、已婚员工对企业的忠诚度高于未婚员工。要提高野外员工忠诚度的,就必须加快企业发展,增加员工收入,努力改善员工生活品质;必须拓宽人才成长通道,把个人进步和公司发展统一起来,着力培养专业技术队伍的成就感;必须把个人诉求和企业愿景结合起来,着力培养青工队伍的责任感;盐须强化人文关怀,把责任使命和亲情感化统一起来,着力培养单身员工的归属感。

Abstract:Field employees' loyalty to Jianghan Oilfield Company of SINOPEC Petroleum Engineering Geophysics Cor- poration has improved significantly in recent years. Generally speaking, skilled talents have greater loyalty to their corporation than professional personnel; the employees over 35 years old, greater than those below 35; and the mar- ried, greater than the unmarried. To lift field employees loyalty, it is necessary to accelerate development of the cor- poration, increase their income and improve their life quality; it is necessary to broaden the channel for growth of tal- ents, integrate individual growth with development of the company and cultivate professionals sense of accomplish- ment; it is necessary to band individual demands together with the company's vision and strengthen young employees ~ sense of responsibility; and it is also necessary to integrate responsibility and mission with the family influence through more humanistic concern and foster the unmarrieds sense of belonging.
