提高廉洁风险防控有效性研究

廉洁风险防控管理是油田党委着眼于新时期党风廉政建设和反腐败工作所采取的一项重要举措，对于规范权力的运行，加强党员干部作风建设意义深远。为有效落实廉洁风险防控，扎实推进惩治和预防腐败体系建设，切实加强对权力运行的监督和制约，从源头上预防和治理腐败行为的发生，本文结合油田企业开展廉洁风险防范管理工作的实践，对推进廉洁风险防控管理工作进行了初步探索。

A Study of Availability in Improving Integrity Risk Prevention and Control

Management of integrity risk prevention and control is an important step taken by the Party Committee of CNPC Changqing Oilfield Company for the construction of clean and honest government and the work concerning an- ti-corruption in the new period and of far--reaching significance in regulating the exercise of power and strengthe- ning work style construction of the Party members and cadres. Combining with the practice of the management of in- tegrity risk prevention and control in oilfield enterprises, this paper makes a tentative study of how to advance the management with the purpose of putting into practice integrity risk prevention and control efficiently, making steady headway in system construction for punishing and preventing corruption, putting practical effort into supervision over the exercise of power and cutting off the root of malversation.
