| 摘 要： | 为进一步完善雷达兵作战指挥体制、提升雷达兵作战指挥效能，从作战指挥体制的指挥层次和指挥跨度入手，按照定量与定性相结合的方法，对目前雷达兵的作战指挥体制进行了分析，提出了几点完善建议．

| Abstract: | In order to further perfect the operational command system of the radar troops and advance its effectiveness, the actual operation command system was analyzed by combining the quantitative with qualitative methods in terms of its hierarchy and span, and some suggestions that can be used for perfecting the system were put forward. |
