摘    要:文章以剩余污泥作为研究对象,研究了调理压榨后污泥制备污泥衍生燃料及其成型、燃烧特性和热值情况。结果表明:调理段添加的复合调理剂配方能实现有效调理,干基处理效率达0.008 kg/h/m2。添加木屑的污泥衍生燃料成型效果最佳,燃料成型率为88.33%,轴向抗压强度为2.06 MPa,跌落强度为57.10%。污泥衍生燃料的燃烧性能明显优于污泥单独燃烧,添加木屑和稻杆比添加甘蔗渣的燃烧过程更为稳定、均匀。添加木屑、稻杆、甘蔗渣的污泥衍生燃料低位热值分别为16513 kJ/kg、13911 kJ/kg、8840 kJ/kg,说明该工艺制得的污泥衍生燃料可作为燃料使用或焚烧处置。

Study on Sludge-derived Fuel Prepared by Conditioned and Pressed Sludge and Its Combustion Characteristics

Abstract:The paper discussed the granulating, combustion characteristics and calorific value of sludge-derived fuel prepared mainly by conditioned and pressed sludge. The results showed that; The sludge is conditioned effectively by multi - conditioning formula, and the solid treatment efficiency was 0.008 kg/h/m^2. The granulating effect of sludge-derived fuel added sawdust was best, which granulating rate was 88.33 %, longitudinal tensile strength was 2.06 MPa, drop strength was 57.10 %. The combustion characteristic of sludge-derived fuel was better than the single sludge, and the combustion process added sawdust and straw are more stable and uniform than bagasse. The low calorific value of sludge-derived fuel added sawdust, straw and bagasse was 16513 kJ/kg, 13911 kJ/kg, 8840kJ/kg respectively. It suggested that the sludge-derived fuel prepared by this process could be used as fuel or to incinerate.
