牛乳成分测量研究

摘    要:研究了牛乳脂肪大分子和分子团对632.8 nm光波的散射特性;测定了散射光强和透射光强随脂肪浓度变化的关系;推导了表达脂肪含量的公式;计算了牛乳脂肪的重要光学参量。用透射比和散透比两种方法对上述内容分别进行研究对比,取得了一致结果。

Abstract:The light scattering properties of f at in milk at 632.8nm were studied.A e oncentration formula was derived an d the scattering coefficient was calc ulated.Noises were eliminated by th e use of intercept in linear quation d eviation caused by laser power fluctuation was minimized by the rati of scattering light to transmitting light.
