| 摘 要： | 研究了牛乳脂肪大分子和分子团对632．8 nm光波的散射特性；测定了散射光强和透射光强随脂肪浓度变化的关系；推导了表达脂肪含量的公式；计算了牛乳脂肪的重要光学参量。用透射比和散透比两种方法对上述内容分别进行研究对比，取得了一致结果。
