电解处理难沉降煤泥水最佳工艺条件的研究

摘    要:研究了不同电解时间、电解电流强度、电解质用量对难沉降煤泥水沉降效果的影响,并确定了最佳工艺条件。试验结果表明:当煤泥水浓度为50g/L、电解时间为5min、电解电流为0.5A时,煤泥水沉降速度最快,上清液的浊度最小。

Abstract:Studied the effect of different electrolyzation time,electrolyzation current intensity and quantity of electrolyte on result of settlement of coal slime water treated by electrolyzation,and also decided the best technology condition.The test result shows that when the concentration of coal slime water is 50g/L,time of electrolyzation is 5min and the current is 0.5A,the quickest settlement speed of slime water can obtained and the with minimum turbid degree of overflow.
