摘    要:近年来,由于国家绿色环保政策的日益严苛,陶瓷行业的节能减排成为重要的研究课题.可用于建筑卫生陶瓷及低品位原料日用陶瓷坯体的乳浊釉,尤其是无铅低温乳浊釉的研究越来越受到重视,同时也取得了一些研究结果.本文综述了无铅低温乳浊釉乳浊机理,介绍了其分类和研究现状,并分析了当前无铅低温乳浊釉存在的问题,指出其未来的主要研究方向.

Abstract:In recent years,energy conservation and emission reduction in ceramic industry has become an important research subject with the increasingly rigorous national green policies.Opaque glazes for building and sanitary ceramics as well as low-grade raw materials daily-use ceramic body,especially the lead-free opaque glazes sintered at a low-temperature have attracted increasing attention and some research results have been reported.In this paper,the opacifying mechanisms of low-temperature lead-free opaque glazes were summarized.The classification and research status of the glazes were introduced and the existing problems of of low-temperature lead-free opaque glazes were analyzed.The future main research directions were pointed out.
