Abstract:At present,most of the power enterprises human resource service performance appraisal mode is relatively old,the performance appraisal index is relatively single.In order to improve the ability of quantitative management of human resource service performance in power sector,this paper proposes a performance model of human resource service based on data decision-making to accelerate the transformation of human resource function in power department,and realize the optimal allocation of human resource management in power system.Through the information clustering and feature optimization sampling methods,the paper constructs a human resource service performance big data information analysis model;uses statistical data analysis and information fusion clustering method to schedule and optimize the screening control of human resource service performance information in power department,and extracts the subject model feature quantity of power system human resource service performance information.Based on the multi-dimensional information fusion technology,it forecasts the quantity,distribution and structure of human resources,and realizes the optimal prediction of human resources management and service performance.The experimental results show that the human resource service performance model designed in this paper has higher accuracy,less time-consume and higher work efficiency,which has certain practical significance.
