Abstract:In view of the traditional construction monitoring system in large construction site can not achieve the effect of system integration of various monitoring parameters,resulting in the low monitoring accuracy of pipe corridor construction deformation.Therefore,monitoring system based on virtual instrument technology for the construction of urban underground pipe corridor is designed.The system design consists of hardware and software two aspects.The hardware mainly designs and selects the circuit amplifier and data acquisition card to ensure that the processed signals can be transmitted to the virtual instrument working environment of the computer.In the software design,in order to ensure the accuracy of the system data,the monitoring coding structure is designed,the side pressure and pipeline curvature of the concrete to the formwork in the alarm parameters are calculated,and the warning value and alarm value are set,early warning of danger is realized by analyzing the data obtained from monitoring.In the system test,a comprehensive pipe gallery is selected for the construction monitoring accuracy test.The experimental results show that the designed system has less monitoring errors in vault settlement,support clearance convergence,and surface settlement than the original system,and the designed system has strong stability during the detection process,which verifies that the designed system is monitoring It has superior performance.
