钢管混凝土组合桥塔设计研究

摘    要:以金寨县长征大桥的设计、施工为基础,提出钢管混凝土组合结构桥塔可以参照JTG/T D65-06—2015《公路钢管混凝土拱桥设计规范》进行设计计算。针对桥塔构造、受力特点,提出钢管内壁增加PBL纵向、环向加劲肋,增设内置钢筋笼,以及钢管内部填充高性能混凝土等3项措施。对结构体系进行静力和动力分析,结果表明:采用钢管混凝土组合结构桥塔的斜拉桥具有良好的力学响应,结构强度、刚度、应力、整体稳定性和动力响应均满足规范要求。

Abstract:Based on the design&construction of the Changzheng Bridge in Jinzhai County,it is proposed that the concrete-filled steel tube composite structure bridge tower can be designed&calculated with reference to JTG/T D65-06—2015 Code for Design of Highway Concrete-Filled Steel Tube Arch Bridges.In view of the structure&force characteristics of the bridge tower,three measures are proposed:adding PBL longitudinal&circumferential stiffeners to the inner wall of the steel tube,adding built-in steel cages,and filling the steel tube with high-performance concrete.The static&dynamic analysis of the structural system shows that the cable-stayed bridge adopting the concrete-filled steel tube composite structure pylon has a good mechanical response,and the structural strength,stiffness,stress,overall stability and dynamic response all meet the requirements of the specification.
