摘    要:研究了高沸点成膜助剂在水性丙烯酸木器涂料中的应用,并和二丙二醇丁醚DPnB比较,进行了涂料黏度稳定性、涂膜光泽、硬度建立、打磨性、抗黏连、铅笔硬度的测试。测试结果表明,该成膜助剂对于聚合物颗粒的溶胀作用比DPnB更强,不影响涂料的贮存稳定性,涂膜光泽高,随放置时间的加长,涂膜的摆杆硬度逐渐上升且涂膜硬度建立没有出现显著下降,二者的涂膜在打磨性、抗黏连性和铅笔硬度上未表现出明显区别,达到了易打磨、C-1和HB级。综合考虑VOC和对涂料性能的影响,本实验研究的高沸点成膜助剂可应用于环境友好的更低VOC水性丙烯酸木器涂料的配方开发。

Abstract:The application of high boiling point film-forming additive in waterborne acrylic wood coatings was studied and it was compared with DPnB.The coatings viscosity stability,film gloss,hardness establishment,rubbing,blocking resistance,and pencil hardness were tested.The test results show that the film-forming additive exerts a stronger swelling effect on polymer particles than DPnB without affecting coatings storage stability.The coatings film has high gloss.As the storage time increases,the pendulum hardness of the coatings film gradually rises and the hardness of the coatings film does not decrease significantly.The two coatings films show no obvious difference in rubbing,blocking resistance,and pencil hardness,reaching easy rubbing,C-1,and HB.In consideration of VOC and the influence on coatings performance,the high boiling point film-forming additive studied in this experiment can be applied for development of environmentally friendly lower VOC waterborne acrylic wood coatings formulas.
