摘    要:分析一次盐水工序添加精制剂磷酸或其钠盐对螯合树脂塔运行周期和离子膜电解过程的影响.精制剂磷酸或其钠盐能降低盐水中钙离子含量,但同时带入杂质磷酸根,恶化了二次盐水质量,对离子膜造成污染,引起槽电压升高.不建议在一次盐水工序采用磷酸或其钠盐作为精制剂.

Abstract:The influence of adding refining agent phosphoric acid or its sodium salt to primary brine process on the operation cycle of chelating resin tower and on ion-exchange membrane electrolysis process was analyzed.The refining agent phosphoric acid or its sodium salt could reduce the calcium ion content in the brine,but the impurity phosphate was brought in,deteriorating the quality of the secondary brine and polluting the ion-exchange membrane.Therefore,the cell voltage increased.It was not recommended to use phosphoric acid or its sodium salt as refining agent in the primary brine process.
