摘    要:详细介绍了在S7-200 PLC的自由端口模式下PLC与PC机的串行通信协议的自定义方法,主要包括计算机发送信息格式和PLC反馈信息格式的描述,给出了LabVIEW8.5软件平台中的程序设计和PLC中的部分程序,并给出了LabVIEW8.5与S7-200 PLC相结合设计的检测系统的实例。实验结果表明,二者通信良好,实现了检测功能。

Abstract:This paper introduces the serial communication protocol between PLC and the computer under free port mode of S7-200PLC. Firstly the format of computer sending and PLC feedback information is described, and then a part of program design of LabVIEW8.5 software platform and PLC we given. Finally an example of detection system, designed with a combination of LabVIEW8.5 and PLC is given. The experimental results show that the communication between the computer and PLC is good, and the detection function is achieved.
