基于图像处理的水位自动读取

摘    要:利用图像处理技术进行了水位试验台铟钢尺水位的自动读取研究,给出了处理的步骤和方法,包括图像分割,水位线定位,刻度线检测和水位计算。采用边缘检测、数学形态学处理和加权的图像投影方法对刻度线进行检测。同时用图像处理和激光水位计测量相结合实现水位计算。实验结果证实了所采用的方法确实可行,处理结果精度可达到0.5 mm。

Abstract:This paper is about the water-level auto reading based on image processing. Processing steps and method are introduced, which include image segmentation, water level line positioning, tick mark detection and calculation of water level. Edge detection, mathematical morphology and weighted image projector method were used in the tick mark detection. At the same time, the image processing combined with Laser water Level gauge was used for calculating the water level. The experiment proved that the method is feasible, and the result accuracy is 0.5 mm.
