CAN多主通讯技术在煤矿顶板监测系统中的应用

摘    要:为了避免煤矿顶板灾害事故的发生,响应国家号召,设计了基于CAN多主通讯技术的煤矿顶板监测系统,对顶板实行多参数实时监测。对CAN总线技术特点、CAN多主通讯技术原理、国家煤矿安全监测系统设计规程和煤矿井下环境情况等进行了分析研究,设计制定了顶板监测多主通讯方案,并进行了通讯节点软硬件设计。把可靠性设计应用于系统设计的各个环节,保障了系统运行的稳定可靠。系统应用于矿山,效果良好。

Abstract:To avoid the occurrences of the disaster and accident of coal mine roof and response to national calls, the monitoring system of coal mine roof is designed which is based on CAN multi-master technology to monitor multi-parameter of coal mine roof real2timely. Analyze and study characteristics of the CAN-bus technology, principle of Multi-master technology, national rules of coal mine monitoring system, underground environment, etc. Multi-master communication scheme of coal mine roof was designed and made. The software and hardware of communication node are also designed. Reliability design technology applied in this system to make it working stability and reliability. The system is used in coal mine and has good effect.
