摘    要:应用大型有限元软件ADINA,采用库仑摩擦模型和非局部摩擦模型,对不考虑表面微凸的模型和单个微凸体模型在塑性成形中的摩擦力、摩擦系数等进行研究。研究结果表明:不考虑表面微凸的情况,局部库仑摩擦模型与非局部摩擦模型的结果差别不大。考虑表面微凸时,摩擦系数随着变形量的

Abstract:The friction,friction coefficient etc of prescind from external asperity model and the single asperity model in plasticity forming were respectively researched by using finite element analysis software ADINA and Coulomb friction model and nonlocal friction model.The results indicate that the result of local Coulomb friction model and nonlocal friction model is not too distinctive.When considering external asperity,friction coefficient decreases with increase of follow deformat and normal force.The coefficient of nonlocal friction is bigger than local Coulomb friction.Friction which is calculated by nonlocal friction model is bigger than that calculated by local Coulomb friction model,but the total variational trend is resemble.
