微波法合成巴豆腈工艺研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射加热法,从巴豆醛出发,在乙醇中制备巴豆醛肟,进一步脱水生成标题化合物,并考察了微波输出功率、反应时间、乙酸酐的用量对反应的影响。最优的反应条件为:微波输出功率540 W,反应时间45 s,乙酸酐用量为巴豆醛肟10倍质量,在该条件下产品总收率可达87.3%,且GC含量高达98.5%。

Abstract:Under microwave heating,crotonaldehyde oxime was synthesized in ethanol using croton aldehyde as the starting materials,and further dehydrated to crotonic nitrile.Effects of microwave output power,reaction time and amount of acetic anhydride on the reaction were examined.The optimal reaction conditions were:microwave output power of 540 W,reaction time of 45 s with the amount of acetic anhydride to be 10 times of crotonaldehyde oxime in mass.Under this condition,total yield of 87.3% and content of GC as high as 98.5% can be achieved.
